I reckon that picking is a workout in addition to the baking. Therefore, following my logic, eating the fruits of your labor is a given. You many even deserve some ice cream, depending on how many times you went up and down that ladder.
Here's a tip on the crust: Keep it cold. Mix the ingredients in a blender or food processor, then chill again. Once you've filled your pie plate with crust, stick it back in the fridge again to cool before pouring ingredients in and placing in the oven. A very smart french man taught me that trick, and his crust was amazing.
