Experience Our Farm
Come see how we grow! We stock up our fruit stand every morning from our farm directly behind it. Experience and learn how your food grows from seed to harvest to your plate.
The tour will start at the fruit stand where we will walk through 5 acres of diverse fruit trees and then 5 acres of mix veggies and herb garden. Come behind the scenes and see where your food comes from. The tour will end at our Market.
Farm Tours
Time:
45 minutes long
Offered May 1st through to end of October
7 days a week; 9am, 11am and 1pm
Cost:
$47.50 for two people which includes taxes and fees; $23.50 per extra adult
Kids accompanied by 2 adults are free of charge
Minimum 2 people; Maximum of 8 people total per tour
Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before tour; no refund otherwise

Snapshot Orchard Tours
Time:
15 minutes long
Offered May 1st through to end of October
7 days a week; every 30 minutes from 9am to 2pm (as availability allows)
Cost:
$7.50 per person which includes taxes and fees
Kids accompanied by 2 parents are free of charge
Minimum 2 people; Maximum of 8 people total per tour
Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before tour; no refund otherwise

Time:

Offered April 1st - June 30 and September 1st - October 15
Monday - Friday; 9am and 1pm
Cost:
$5 per student which includes taxes and fees
Teachers and adult chaperones free of charge
Minimum 10 students and 2 adults
Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before tour; no refund otherwise

Offered April 1st - October 31
7 days a week; 9am, 11am and 1pm
Cost:
$10 per child which includes taxes and fees
Adult chaperones free of charge
Minimum 5 children and 1 adult
Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before tour; no refund otherwise
What’s Included:
45 min farm tour and everything that is included in that
1 kid sized ice cream cone per guest
1 small pumpkin per guest (when available)
Picnic tables in the orchard

What You Need To Know Before You Join Us
Tours are held rain or shine
Bring a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water
We will be walking around the orchard and on flat but uneven dirt paths in the garden. Wear comfortable shoes.
Tour guests will walk at least 2km; if you need an adapted tour please email caitie@payntersfruitmarket.ca or call 250-258-1126.
What’s in Season
Each season provides a different farm tour experience. From blossom to fruit to harvest and all of the other work in between. No matter when you book you will learn the whole process. If you don’t want to miss out on something special here is the estimated season and what to expect. Every year is different, call ahead if you want to find out more.

July: Apricots, Peaches & Garden (over 20+ varieties of veggies, herbs and melons)
August: Apricots, Peaches, Plums & Garden
September: Pears, Apples & Garden
